Become a Search-Network Partner
By becoming Search-Network partners, PPC search engines are able to exchange traffic with us and obtain leads that may become long-term advertisers.
- Requirements:
- All network partners must link to us from their search engine homepages with our logo/button and a special url that will track our traffic exchange. The logo/button will be emailed to partners with their welcome package.
- If at any time, we cannot find our button and link in a partner's homepage, partner's search engine will be removed from our network without previous notice.
- Benefits:
- Our service if free to search engine partners.
- Our service provides partners with advertiser leads which may become paying customers.
- Our service provides partners with greater exposure for their business by displaying their search results as part of ours. For every search made by our visitors, the results page of partners for the searched termed is displayed to the right of the list of participating search engines. In order to give equal exposure to all listed search engines, they will rotate for every search made. As a result, your search engine's results will appear first for some visitors, second for others and so on.
- Our service provides partners with greater exposure for their business by having their link and basic information displayed in our list of participating search engines. Information consisting of minimum deposits, minimum bids, free initial credits or bonuses is displayed. Optionally, they may provide us with a promotional description of their service to be added to their listing. This description should not exceed 150 characters. The special url partners used to link to us will have the form of: http://www.search-network.com/ref.php?id=XXXXX where XXXXX is the search engine domain name. Through this link, people that visit us from partner search engines will land on our search engines page.
- Partners are listed in our page of participating search engines based on a counter that we keep of the amount of traffic referred to us through the url we provide for them to link to us from their homepages. This counter is increased by one when a unique visitor is referred to us and decreased by one when we refer a visitor to them. The counter is never negative to give partners with less traffic a fair chance to be listed as one of the top search engines in our list.
- We provide our ppc search engine partners not only with greater exposure but with help with improving their link popularity with search engines such as Google by also listing and linking to them from our homepage. They are listed there in alphabetical order.
Terms of Service
Prospective partners must agree to the following terms before submitting a request to join the network:
- Party contacting us to join the network must be the owner of a PPC search engine or an authorized individual.
- Prospective partner undestands that, by joining the network, he/she will be provided with leads consisting of account information submitted by our clients who are seeking to advertise their business online.
- No compensation is required from partners to Search-Network.com. Our service is free to partners.
- Search-Network.com may own PPC search engines which also participate on the network.
- Partners may terminate their partnership with Search-Network.com at any time.
- Search-Network may terminate their partnership with a search engine on the network at any time. Note that violations to our network requirements may result in an immediate termination of partnership without previous notice.
- Partner site may not contain or link to adult, obscene or illegal material. We reserve the right to reject any site for any reason we deem appropriate.
- This Agreement and the relationship between the partner and this site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Partner and this site agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the State of California, Orange County, or the applicable United States District Court covering Orange County, California. However, both this site and partner agree to submit to binding arbitration for any dispute. Such arbitration shall be held before one arbiter who is a member of the American Arbitration Association, using California Law and in the venue of Orange County, California.
Joining our Network
If you are interested in joining the Search-Network network:
- Make sure you have read and agree with the requirements and terms of service involved in becoming a member.
- Please email us and provide us with the following information:
- Your site's URL.
- Your site's Title.
- Your site's Minimum Bid requirement.
- Your site's Minimum Deposit requirement.
- Any incentive you provide prospective advertisers to create an account with your (Ex.: free credit, deposit bonus, etc).
- Any promotional description for your search engine no longer than 150 characters.
- Once we receive this information, we will email the button and info for you to link to us and once we confirm its proper placement, we will add your search engine to our network.
